Maritza Gutierrez is a Certified Holistic Emotional Intelligence Coach and Emotional Freedom Tapping Practitioner specializing in building up education professionals.  She currently serves on the administrative support team at Capella University.   Maritza has crafted the art of helping people: learners, leadership teams, school administrators, and families connect with their personal life passions and professional goals.  Through her fifteen plus years of supporting administrative programs on the collegiate level she continues to coach individuals and organizations through purpose-driven action steps and execution strategies on reaching emotional freedom.  As a bilingual professional, she has served as an advocate for learners, constituents, and community relations and has been instrumental in alternate dispute resolution.  Educators are on the front line in developing students therefore, Maritza feels that it is critical to provide educators with an opportunity, the skills, and quick strategies to ensure a solid foundation in developing and building relationships.  Embracing Our Lives Enterprise (EOLE) was developed with the vision of supporting and engaging local, national as well as international educators to tap into their inner wisdom to break down barriers.  Discover the power of grace, where people gain clarity and wisdom, and gain breakthroughs through change living higher levels of success.  The awareness of the Holistic Emotional Intelligence Model provides the understanding every person in every industry can adapt in order to create a healthy life and work environment.
