You know that conversation you walk away from and say to yourself, what's up with that person? They didn't take their nice pill or what went up their ally?  They must be having a bad day and I just got in the middle of it.  Negative verbal, non-verbal gestures and tones speak in volume.

Beware, acknowledge, manage, address and keep your peace.  

Even sometimes you may be at peace, all of a sudden a thought comes to mind that does not go away and has you uneasy.

Beware, acknowledge, manage, address, keep moving, look for options to move forward.

Embrace life although a thorn may be thrown your way.
